My dental career began with Drs Morgan & Bentsen in August 1994 and with no dental experience I had a lot to learn. Over the years my responsibilities have grown to include; answering the phone, scheduling appointments, training, managing insurance claims and accounts receivable. The knowledge I have acquired over the years gives me the ability to make sure each patient receives the attention they deserve and are well informed. Off the clock, I love traveling and spending time with my family.
Marcia has worked in dentistry since 2006. She attended both Guilford Technical Community College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her degree as a dental hygienist. She transitioned to the front office role in 2014 and is glad to have joined Gate City Dental in 2025. Marcia is happily married to her high school sweetheart. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and caring for her fur babies.

I began working for Dr. McNeil March 2016 as the hygiene coordinator. I graduated from Alamance Community College dental assisting program in 1994 and worked as a certified dental assistant for 10 years. In my spare time I love spending time with my husband and two kids.
